Amy is a New Breed Healer who walks a Beauty Way. Her passion is to open creative, contemplative, and healing space for authentic self to blossom through a connection with Earth via the physical body and working with plants. Amy’s focus in her teaching is inspiring others to cultivate a rich inner/outer creative healthy life from this connection with the earth through art, poetry, movement, yoga, meditation, self care and nourishment. She believes that kindness emerges from the joy of self expression, love and compassion.
